We use employee developed core values as a sounding board for every inquiry.  
Those core values are;

  1. Honesty. We don’t know everything.  And we admit it but we will refer the proper expert for any problem that does not fit into our core expertise.

  2. Go the extra step.  This means find the problem and solve it to the customer’s satisfaction and within their budget.

  3. Knowledge and learning. This is an ongoing process for every employee so that we can deliver more than the customer expects.

  4. Accept responsibility.  When asked to start a project, you are only finished when everyone agrees that it is finished.

  5. Teamwork. At our company we use our people to help solve complex problems.  Every day our technicians will call each other or rely on customer service to research a problem to find an answer to a question.

  6. Do the right thing.  Sounds simple but, we make recommendations to help customers not ourselves.
